- Timeline depends entirely on how much was left behind. A mostly empty unit with some furniture and trash takes a few hours. A full house of belongings can take a full day or more. You won't always know what you're walking into until you get in there.
- Someone with authority over the property (owner, property manager, bank representative) needs to be available or reachable. Delaware has specific rules about abandoned property and what can legally be removed. We need to know that the green light has been given before we start hauling.
- The property will look like a work zone during the cleanout. If it's been vacant for a while, there may also be trash, mold, or other issues that come up once we start opening things up.
